Teaching in Super Cars Driving

I have many years of experience working with several companies offer supercar driving experiences where individual can get behind the wheel of high-performance supercars like Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Porsches.
Standard Driver Training

I also have more then 20 years of training pupils to pass their driving tests, which requires patience, clear communication, and a focus on individual needs. It involves a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical driving skills and confidence-building.

Your safety is my priority that is why I improve my driving skills to pass onto you.

My driving instructor services are available though out and around Kent, Surrey and Greater London areas.
Revolutionising Driver Education

Coaching is a learner-centric approach that prioritises the development of a person’s potential and performance, rather than simply teaching them. At the core of coaching lies a collaborative process of feedback and support that assists learners in achieving their goals.
DIAmond Advanced Test Training
The Diamond advanced test is ideal for professional development particularly for trainee instructors. PDIs looking to take a ‘mock test’ instead of one to their 3 limited attempts during their training means they can gauge how they are doing without going through the DVSA testing system first.
DIAmond Advanced Instructor

I was very lucky with my own trainer, when I was training to become a driving instructor. He was a forward-thinking professional who sowed the seed of ‘client centred learning’ in me, even though at the time it was not the way things were done. But time has moved on, and things have changed. There is, now, an emphasis on ‘Client Centred Learning’ and coaching.
Having been trained in this way myself, and having attended a number of advanced courses, I, am in an excellent position to help you if you who wish to become a driving instructor, and to help you develop your skills in a way that will give your pupils the necessary support to develop into safe, thinking and considerate drivers, with a variety of routes toward qualification.
I am also able to help current ADIs and PDIs with their understanding of coaching techniques, and also provide help with preparation for the Standards Check and Part3 tests.

ORDIT Training

I helped and trained many ADI trainers to pass their ORDIT inspections. The ORDIT is a voluntary scheme run by the Driver and Vehicle Standard Agency (DVSA).
The purpose of Farnham Driving School’s ORDIT course is to equip the potential trainer with the appropriate knowledge and skills that will enable them to give quality tuition to those wanting to become a driving instructor.
A competency based modular syllabus is used that meets with the regulation and standards required for the Official Register of Driving Instructor Trainers (ORDIT) preparation.
Standard Driver Training Experience

I also have more then 20 years of training pupils to pass their driving tests, which requires patience, clear communication, and a focus on individual needs. It involves a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical driving skills and confidence-building.
Teaching People With Disability To Drive

I have taught many individuals with disabilities, as i have more patience and have many techniques that would help you.
SPECIAL NEEDS AND THE PRACTICAL DRIVING TEST
The examiner makes what adjustments when someone with a hearing difficulty, physical disability or with a learning difficulty is taking a practical driving test?
No matter how serious your disability might be you still must take the same driving test as every other test candidate. Special provision may be made for people with a hearing difficulty, physical disability or learning difficulty to allow additional time to be allocated. This ensures the examiner has time to communicate with candidates with hearing difficulties (using written notes, with the aid of lip reading or sign language – with an interpreter if necessary), has time to discuss any physical disability and adaptations that may be needed and has time to discuss any special requirements that would help to overcome learning difficulties or special educational needs.
IS EXTRA TIME ALLOWED ON MY DRIVING TEST?
The additional time allocation would also allow the pupil to take a break during the test if, for example, fatigue is an issue. Extra time allocation does not mean the test candidate will be driving for any longer or doing any additional tasks but merely allows extra time at the start of the test and allows for the possibility of taking a break part way through the test if it is necessary.
CAN I TAKE THE DRIVING TEST IN A MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC CAR?
The practical test can be taken in either a manual or an automatic car depending on your needs; if you pass your test in an automatic you will be restricted to only driving vehicles with automatic transmission and your licence will be coded accordingly. Physical disability may mean you need an automatic but people with special educational needs or hearing difficulties may be perfectly capable of driving a standard manual car. If adaptations are required the examiner will record the restriction codes required on the Pass Certificate, these codes will then appear on your full driving licence (on the rear of the plastic card).
Do I have to state my disability on the booking form?
When booking a practical driving test anyone with a hearing difficulty, physical disability or learning difficulty must state the details on the booking form or declare them when booking by phone, details of any special needs will then be recorded and passed on to the driving test examiner. A decision is made as to whether an “extra time” allocation is required and the booking is then made. A short but useful leaflet “Your needs and the driving test” is produced by Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
Driving test extra time allocation
Extra time allocation may be required:
- If you are deaf or have severe hearing difficulties.
- If you have learning difficulties or special educational needs.
- If you are in any way restricted in your movements.
- If you have any physical disability.
- If you have any missing limbs.
- If your medical condition prevents conventional operation of the standard controls of a manual car.
If in doubt book by phone and discuss your special needs with the booking centre:

Training of Trainers

The training of trainers (ToT) model is a framework used by master instructors to train new instructors, enabling them to subsequently train other people in their organization. Evaluating the knowledge, skills, and readiness of trainees before the training program.

Diploma in Driver Education DipDE
The Diploma in Driving Instruction is awarded jointly by Middlesex University and the DIA (Driving Instructor Association).
DVSA Special Tests for Instructors - Trainer
I helped many ADI's to pass their DVSA special test formally known as Cardington Special Test.
Take the voluntary Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) special test if you’re an approved driving instructor or a fully qualified motorcycle instructor.
What is involved during the test?
The test will be conducted within the locality of the Driving Standards Agency [DSA] Training and Development Centre near Cardington in Bedfordshire. It will be conducted by a DSA Senior Staff Training Officer using the candidates own car. This can be a manual or automatic car.
Adapted vehicles are also suitable where a candidate has declared a physical disability. As with all driving tests, an interior mirror and head restraints must be fitted for both the driver and assessor. Candidates must be able to read a registration plate from a distance of 27.5 metres [67 feet] whilst wearing glasses or contact lenses if normally worn when driving.
The test will last for around 90 minutes on a route covering approximately 25 miles. It requires a very high standard of driving to be consistently displayed whilst driving on all types of road, including a motorway and a variety of road situations.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a positive, courteous attitude and the ability to control the position and speed of the vehicle, safely, systematically and smoothly. A high consistent driving competence based on concentration, effective observation, anticipation and planning is expected. In particular you must demonstrate.

Driving Instructor Training

Driving instructor training is a structured program that prepares individuals to become Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) in the UK, enabling them to legally charge for driving lessons. It involves passing three tests: a theory test (Part 1), a practical driving test (Part 2), and a test of instructional ability (Part 3). These tests assess not only driving skills but also knowledge of the Highway Code, hazard perception, and the ability to teach effectively.
